
The problem
Singapore's premium-rental market was stuck on PDF rate cards, WhatsApp messages, and double-bookings handled by hand. Customers wanted to compare a Mercedes S-Class against a BMW X5 against a Porsche 911 with daily, weekly, and monthly rates side by side — then book the car they actually wanted without ten back-and-forth messages.
The solution
We built CARZOL as a mobile-first booking surface: every car in the fleet with its real availability calendar, transparent daily / weekly / monthly pricing, insurance included by default, and a reservation flow that locks the vehicle the moment the customer confirms.
On the operator side we shipped the fleet console — availability management, one-way drop-off pricing, chauffeur add-ons, corporate accounts, and payments through PayNow, NETS, and cards. WhatsApp deep-links keep the manual support channel open without forcing customers through it.
