Mid-market teams were stitching together Intercom, Crisp and bespoke webhooks just to get a single live-chat surface across their marketing site, dashboard, and mobile app — and paying enterprise prices for features they never used.
The solution
We built CloudChat as a single embeddable widget plus a full operator dashboard. A 4 KB loader script bootstraps a WebSocket session, hydrates conversation history, and matches the host site's brand without a redeploy.
The operator side runs as a Next.js app with realtime presence, canned responses, file attachments, and JSON-driven webhooks so customers can wire chat events into their own CRMs, ticketing and analytics stacks.
