The problem
Mainstream browsers ship with telemetry, ad networks, and cross-site identifiers turned on. Privacy-minded users had to chain together extensions, content blockers and DNS tricks just to get a sane default — and even then most sites still phoned home.
The solution
okbrowse ships as a Chromium-derived browser with a hardened content-blocker, fingerprint randomisation, and a curated default rule set baked in. No setup, no extensions — open the browser and trackers are already gone.
We also built the cross-platform auto-updater, the rules-sync service, and the onboarding flow that walks new users through importing bookmarks, choosing a tracker-blocking profile, and pinning the browser as default.
