Game Development — casual, web, and online games that ship

Unity and HTML5 games for web, mobile, and Telegram / Discord — with the backend, leaderboards, and monetisation wired in.

Most agencies that say "we do games" mean they once made a marketing microsite with a falling-block animation. We mean games with a backend — leaderboards, accounts, in-app purchase, anti-cheat, a content pipeline you can update without rebuilding, and the operational discipline to keep the servers healthy while a community spike triples your concurrent users overnight. We work in two sweet spots. Web/HTML5 games built on Phaser or Pixi that ship as instant-play surfaces — great fit for Telegram Mini Apps, Discord activities, brand microsites, and viral mechanics. And Unity-built casual / hyper-casual mobile games for the App Store and Play Store, with the meta-game (progression, IAP, ads) wired correctly. We won't take on AAA-scale 3D engagements — that's a different industry — and we'll tell you up front if your idea actually fits a hobby game-jam scope versus a real production build.

About this service

Where games meet product

The backend is where most game-studio builds collapse

Indie studios are usually great at building the game itself and bad at building the backend the game depends on. Accounts, leaderboards, friend graphs, IAP receipt validation, anti-cheat, server-authoritative state, content updates that don't require an app-store resubmission. That's our half of the work.

If you have a Unity team that's shipped the gameplay and stalled on the backend, that's a clean engagement. If you have nothing yet and need both halves, we'll bring in a gameplay developer for the front half and own the backend ourselves.

Channels that win

Web instant-play, Telegram Mini Apps, Discord Activities, mobile

The fastest-growing surfaces for casual games right now aren't the app stores — they're Telegram Mini Apps and Discord Activities, both of which load instantly inside an existing community. We've built games for both, plus traditional mobile and web microsite formats. The viral mechanics differ; the underlying engineering doesn't.

If your game is part of a community strategy, we'll often bundle Discord bot development or Telegram bot development into the same engagement so the game and the surrounding community surface ship together.

What we won't do

Honest about scope

We don't take AAA-scale 3D engagements, MMO server architectures from scratch, or PvP shooters with serious anti-cheat requirements — those are full-studio engagements with a different cost structure. We're great for casual, hyper-casual, puzzle, idle, light multiplayer, social games, and "game-shaped" marketing microsites. We'll tell you on the discovery call which side of the line your idea sits on.

What we build

Real game development patterns we’ve shipped

Not adjectives. Specific shapes of build we’ve taken to production for clients like you.

  • Telegram Mini App game

HTML5 game loading instantly inside Telegram, with leaderboards, daily-streak hooks, social sharing back into the chat, and viral invite mechanics.

  • Discord Activity game

Real-time multi-player browser game launching as a Discord Activity inside voice channels — Pictionary clones, party games, drawing games, trivia.

  • Casual / hyper-casual mobile

    Unity-built single-mechanic mobile game, ad-supported with optional IAP, store-ready in 8–14 weeks.

  • Puzzle / word game with daily content

Wordle-style or daily-puzzle mechanic with content pipeline, share-the-result viral loop, optional account + stats.

  • Idle / clicker with meta-progression

Long-tail idle game with server-authoritative state, IAP, balance tuning dashboard, and seasonal events that ship without a store resubmission.

  • Branded marketing game

Game-shaped microsite for a product launch or campaign — single mechanic, embedded leaderboard, prize draw integration, lead capture.

  • Light multiplayer / asynchronous PvP

Turn-based or async PvP mechanic with matchmaking, ratings, and a leaderboard. Server-authoritative scoring; not arena-scale.

Process

How a Game Development engagement actually runs

Five concrete steps with deliverables. No retainer fog.

  1. Concept + scope reality check

We pressure-test the concept: target platform, target session length, monetisation model, and whether the scope actually fits an indie production budget vs. needing a full studio.

  2. Vertical slice

One playable level / mechanic, fully wired end-to-end including backend, leaderboard, and one IAP. We'd rather ship one slice that proves the loop than ten half-done features.

  3. Content + meta-game

Levels, progression, daily / weekly hooks, social mechanics, IAP catalog, ad placements (if applicable). Tuned against playtest data, not vibes.

  4. Backend + anti-cheat

Server-authoritative scoring, IAP receipt validation, basic anti-cheat (no client-trusted scores in leaderboards), content-pipeline so you can update without resubmitting.

  5. Launch + live ops

Store submission (for mobile) or platform launch (for Telegram/Discord), monitoring on concurrent users + leaderboard write rate, and a 30-day window to tune the first cohort.
